Detroit area rock group Laughing Madmen is widely referred to as one of Detroit's best kept secrets. Why? Because the Madmen bring the classic rock/pop genre to life with performances that not only have faces smiling, heads nodding, toes tapping, hands clapping but will have you dancing in the streets or wherever else the Madmen may be performing.
One of the most remarkable things about the group and their presentation is not only the attention to detail but the passion they put into the actual performance of the material. Each one of the musicians in Laughing Madmen have their own unique persona and put 110% into the songs to bring them to life to give the ultimate ‘in concert’ experience. Suddenly, classic songs of the past are breathed new life and become fresh once again!
Simply put, this band puts on a show! Unlike many of their peers on the local circuit who are content to stand stiffly and stare at their iPhones for chords and lyrics playing the songs by numbers, Laughing Madmen will work the stage and get the audience involved. Whether you like to dance or watch music played this group is fun and addictive. If you enjoy a good time, great classic rock from the 1960’s to 00's and even some original songs sprinkled in with a flare, Laughing Madmen are clearly for you.
